Turn your data into charts.
Embed them in Notion.
Notion has no native charts — a database view can sort and group your rows, but it cannot draw them. Chartosaurus reads the database you connect, draws the chart, and keeps it in step with your rows.

One database. Eleven ways to read it.
Every chart below is drawn by the same engines that draw yours. Pick a tab.

One canvas, many charts.
Arrange charts on a dashboard, then share the whole thing with a single link — or embed it in a Notion page the same way a single chart goes in.

Five render engines
The in-house SVG engine draws server-side on every plan, so the chart is there in the first paint. ApexCharts, Chart.js, Recharts and ECharts are one dropdown away on Pro and up.
Aggregation without formulas
Group by any property, measure another, and pick count, sum, average, min or max. No rollup columns, no formula columns, no second database to keep in sync.
One embed URL
Every chart gets a URL you paste into a Notion page with /embed, with your own series colors. Light and dark themes on every plan, auto from Starter, custom CSS on Business. Embeds are currently limited to Notion pages — other sites are blocked from framing them.
Three steps to the first embed.
Step 1: Connect Notion
One OAuth click. Chartosaurus only sees the databases you share with it.
Step 2: Pick the shape
Chart type, grouping, value, aggregation, filter. The preview redraws as you change it.
Step 3: Paste the embed
Copy the URL, type /embed in your Notion page, paste. The chart refreshes when the database does.

Questions worth asking first.
Is there a trial?
No timed trial. The free plan is the trial: 5 charts, no card, no expiry. Upgrade when you outgrow it, and cancel whenever — your plan runs to the end of the cycle, then drops back to free.
How private is a private chart?
It renders for your signed-in session, and for anyone holding the chart's secret embed link. That link is the credential, so treat it like a password. Rotate it from the chart's settings and every copy of the old link stops working.
Where does my Notion data sit?
Your Notion token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Rows are cached for 30 to 300 seconds depending on your plan and are not kept past that — Chartosaurus reads your database, it does not copy it.
Can I chart anything other than Notion?
Yes — upload a CSV and chart it the same way. Notion and CSV are the two sources today; anything else is on the roadmap, and the roadmap page says what is actually being built.
What happens to my charts if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and every chart stays fully editable — you just can't create new charts past your plan's limit until you upgrade. Embeds keep rendering throughout.
