Support
One person, one inbox. Here's how to reach me.
1. Contact
Chartosaurus is a solo-maintained product — there's no support team, just one person reading every email. Email support@chartosaurus.com for help with your account, a chart, or a Notion connection.
Response time: within 2 business days, usually sooner. Not 24/7, and not within the hour — set expectations accordingly for anything time-critical.
2. Billing and refunds
Billing, upgrades, cancellations and refund requests go to the same address. Cancelling never needs an email — do it yourself from the billing portal — but a refund does, because refunds are processed by hand. The window is 14 days from the charge, for everyone; the Refund Policy says when we refund without arguing and how long the money takes.
3. Privacy and your data
Data requests also come to support@chartosaurus.com: a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or an objection to how something is handled. You can do the common ones yourself — Settings → Export downloads everything, Settings → Delete account removes it — but if you would rather ask a person, ask.
To cut off our access to your Notion workspace, remove the Chartosaurus connection inside Notion (Settings → Connections). That is the step that actually revokes the token.
4. Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Send it to the support address above — there is no separate security alias, because one inbox that is read beats a second one that is not. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly; Security says what to include and how we handle the report. We will confirm we received it.
5. More information
The Privacy Policy covers what is stored, what is only cached, who else receives data, and how deletion works.
The Terms of Service cover billing, cancellation, acceptable use and availability.
Four pages go deeper on one subject each: Refund Policy for money back, Sub-processors for every company that touches your data, DPA for business customers who need Article 28 terms, and Security for how the service is protected and how to report a vulnerability.
